Another opportunity to sample dishes from our phenomenal cooks is at our fifth Sunday pot luck dinner, which immediately follows our worship service.  If you are visiting, just come along as there is plenty for everyone.

If you enjoy singing, please consider becoming a member of our choir. We practice at 7:00 p.m.  on Wednesdays in the sanctuary.  We have a break in July and August and return to sing again in September.

"Dave and Friends", our gospel band, performs at the 11:00 am Worship Service on the third Sunday of each Month.

Stitches of Love GroupThe Stitches of Love (above) meets at 3 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month to work on handicrafts such as knitting, sewing and crocheting.  The ladies often make items for the orphanage, the community, and the mission we support.  If you are interested in handicrafts, they would love for you to join them.

Cancer survivorsIn April 2011, the church participated in our area's Relay for Life with a team made up of a group of dedicated people whose ages ranged from young children to some in their 80's and maybe in their 90's.  Our team name was Cross Out Cancer and we used the image on the left for ourCross Out Cancer Logo Relay for Life Logo team logo.  This image was also created on a "cape" as all the teams were asked to create a cape of their "superhero."  Our church's hero is Christ.   Many of our church members are cancer survivors and they all participated as much as possible during the Relay.  The church's team won first place with their cape and collected at least $2,500.00.  We are participating in the 2014 Relay For Life.  If you would like to join us, please contact the church office.

We are involved in our community and reach out to our shut-in members and our local nursing homes.  "Elvis" and some of our dignified ladies (below right) visited the nursing home to help them celebrate their February 2014 birthdays. We hope the residents enjoyed themselves as much as we did!  We offer many opportunities to meet worship, celebrate and serve Christ.  We welcome you to visit our church family.
